It’s part of the dream. You may have imagined what it would look like for a long time and dreamed of swishing down the aisle in the perfect gown.

You may have thought of looking at a pre-loved dress but been put off by the thought of buying online or not being able to try the dress of first. There is another way.
Meet Laurie who owns Redress Bridal:
‘I was on maternity leave and had been trying to sell my own designer wedding dress without luck on the internet. There was no one local who could sell it for me, so I though I’d give it a go myself. There are bridal shops in other parts of the country which specialise in pre-loved dresses, but none in the North-West that I could find.
I have set up the ’boutique’ in our spare room, and have a selection of dresses and a large mirror and changing area. I operate as a dress agency, so brides register and hand the dresses to me and I sell them on their behalf taking a proportion of the sale price.’
I love this idea! A fantastic dress at a more budget conscious price. It may also be something to think about after your wedding.
