A Luxurious Venue Set Within Stunning Grounds – Elizabeth & Otta at Mottram Hall

Mottram Hall was the perfect wedding venue for us as most of our family live in the Chester or Manchester area, and even though we live in The Netherlands, the close proximity to the airport made it ideal.

When looking for our wedding venue we wanted somewhere that felt luxurious and timeless, set within beautiful surroundings, had a great wedding team, as well as being spacious enough for our 60 guests – Mottram Hall had it all.

We booked our wedding 18 months before our set date. The wedding team at Mottram Hall were amazing, they helped us plan asking us questions we hadn’t even though of, right down to the smallest detail. Everything was organised to perfection so neither of us had to worry about a thing. They were very accommodating when it came to meetings, especially with us not living in the country.

Mottram Hall is set within stunning grounds including a flower garden, long driveway and fountain, these features made for truly beautiful photograph backdrops. The Hall also offers a wonderful bridal room for getting ready for the big day, a luxury bridal suite and other great facilities that our guests could enjoy, such as the restaurant and spa.

One of their regular suppliers who was recommended to us, was Alison from Lasting Memories. She did an amazing job and was a real perfectionist. She understood our brief completely, creating a gorgeous, timeless look with our chosen colour scheme of neutral shades of cream, beige and gold. The room looked incredible.

I couldn’t recommend Mottram Hall enough. They kept us informed every step of the way, ever change was talked through so we didn’t have to worry on the run up to our big day or on the day itself. They were a helping hand for any request, nothing was too much to organise. This made our experience very easy and enjoyable, so we were able to focus on other details. On the day we felt looked after and relaxed. The day was so lovely and our guests had a brilliant time – they still compliment us on our wedding.
