Enchanting venue within stunning grounds – Alice & Mal at Rainhill Hall Hotel

Alice & Mal’s wedding was at Rainhall Hall Hotel on 5th September 2023.

As we were getting married in a church in Prescot we wanted our wedding venue close by. Ideally, we wanted somewhere with bright, modern décor and child-friendly with lots of outside space.

We had visited Rainhill Hall a few times and had always loved the surrounding gardens, the spacious rooms and beautiful chapel. The service at Rainhill is also amazing, so we knew this would be the perfect choice. We booked the venue around a year and a half before our wedding date, and the time flew by.

The flower wall in the main function room was a gorgeous backdrop for our pictures during the meal, speeches and then our first dance. We were lucky enough to have some fantastic weather so we could use the outside seating area for our welcome reception and our photographer, Andy Griffiths, captured some beautiful moments there. We also visited some of the hidden gardens on our day and again Andy got some amazing photos of us amongst the wild-flowers and trees.

When it came to styling the function room, I wanted a very minimal, neutral look, something classy – I don’t really like a lot of colour. I Do Events helped us style the room and choose the perfect centrepieces for the tables – on the day it looked so good, I was really happy with it.

The wedding team at Rainhill Hall were absolutely amazing and I will always be so grateful for all of Natasha’s help from the build up to the wedding to the day itself. Natasha couldn’t do enough for us and made sure everything was perfect. All the wedding team made the day run smoothly without any stresses.

I would highly recommend Rainhill Hall, it is such a beautiful venue and I’m so glad we chose it. Everyone who shared our special day with us still talk about it and say what an amazing day it was. I would do it all again tomorrow if I could.
