The Perfect Citrus Splendour Wedding at Wennington Hall

We are excited to share our pro images from our photoshoot at Wennington Hall – a brand-new exclusive use wedding venue situated in the gorgeous Lune Valley.

Wennington Hall is set withing acres of lush grounds, so where better for a luxury countryside photoshoot? Our theme was Citrus Splendour, a brief which our whole team nailed. A Citrus Splendour wedding is effortlessly glamorous – pair it with an outdoor ceremony at Wennington Hall and you’ve got the perfect summer wedding.

This venue will take your breath away, and our photographers @ajmphoto_anna and @racheljoycephotography have captured it perfectly. Not only have they showcased the beauty of Wennington Hall, but they have also captured the finer details of our shoot, such as stunning jewellery from @ainsworthjewel and our collaborative styling by @sarah_prettypetals and @pureeleganceweddingsevents.

Sarah brought some really beautiful creations to this photoshoot, including a stunning bouquet, a bespoke floral pocket square, as well as gorgeous centrepieces! The team at Pure Elegance brought the theme to life with their tablecloths, crockery, chair sashes, and citrus inspired centrepieces. The outdoor ceremony looked incredible too, with the elegant split arch and subtle floral displays by Sarah.

Long, rectangular wedding cakes are for sure heading towards the biggest trend through this year and next, and @ebella.creations gave us an LWB exclusive with their incredible wedding cake creation!

Our first bridal-look by @thebridalartistco was beautiful. Jenni hit the brief perfectly. Our bride’s skin looked glowing and all her natural beautiful features were enhanced with a classically romantic hairstyle.

Lydia (@bylydiamarie) worked her magic for look two, creating effortlessly elegant hair and makeup, looks that perfectly complemented the romantic countryside setting.

And we couldn’t have asked for a better collection of wedding dresses than from @willowandwildebridal. Caroline showcased the perfect examples of romantic and glamorous, modern silhouettes, and effortlessly stylish!

Our groom wore suits by @the_black_bicycle which is a brilliant one stop shop for all wedding day finery. And it’s just round the corner from Wennington Hall in Kirby Londsdale.
