THE GALLERY / CEREMONY ROOM
Exchange your vows in our enchanting Gallery Suite, a peaceful and elegant part of the hotel where wedding ceremonies take place. The Gallery features wooden beams and original stone walls, contrasted by glistening chandeliers to give the room a warm and inviting feel with touches of 17th century grandeur. This charming room can accommodate up to 115 people and can be dressed to suit your chosen colours and theme beautifully.
THE ESTATE GROUNDS
The most picturesque setting for your wedding day is here at Stirk House. The estate grounds provide a stunning wedding wonderland, with colourful gardens and incredible views of the countryside all year-round. A much-loved feature of the estate grounds is our impressive sycamore tree. Beautifully lit with hundreds of softly glowing fairylights and surrounded by an elegant decking area, the tree is an unmissable spot for your wedding pictures.
EXQUISITE DINING
Our atmospheric on-site restaurant, Seasons, is a popular choice for pre-wedding meals and engagement celebrations. Throughout the year we invite our couples and their loved ones to our Wedding Taster Events, which are designed to help our couples to choose which of the dishes from our wedding breakfast menu they’d like to enjoy with their guests on the big day. From canapés to your wedding banquet to your evening buffet, exquisite dining is a staple of a Stirk House wedding.
THE CONSERVATORY
On the big day, you’ll make your way down to your ceremony through one of the most unforgettable parts of Stirk House, the Conservatory. This calm and beautiful area of the venue creates a feeling of serenity and is illuminated with natural light shining through sparkling mullion windows. The Conservatory also features a spectacular ‘living wall’ of colour-changing ivy, a unique feature which is sure to impress your guests.
THE BALLROOM / FUNCTION SUITE
The Stirk House Ballroom is one of the largest function rooms in the area and is where you’ll enjoy an unforgettable wedding breakfast with your friends and family, cut your cake and dance the night away with up to 250 guests. The Ballroom features everything you need for the perfect celebration including a dazzling fairylight corridor, selfie wall, bar, a stage, dancefloor and an impressive skylight.
THE HONEYMOON SUITE
Accommodation at Stirk House includes our breathtaking Honeymoon Suite, which offers magnificent views of the countryside and Lancashire’s famous Pendle Hill. The suite features a comfortable lounge and a luxurious bedroom with steps leading up to a double shower and free-standing bath.
