There’s something so beautifully nostalgic about the look of 35mm film photography. The grainy, dream-like quality is reminiscent of parents or grandparent’s wedding day pictures – special moments that look genuine and spontaneous.

Unlike digital, every 35mm film image is there to be kept. Nothing is polished or altered; the image captures real life as it happens, which is probably why this type of photography is making a come back. Used alongside digital photography, film adds fun and creativity with the imperfect results feeling timeless.

Film is a great way to document the bits in between the formal photographs, the spontaneous moments, the mishaps, the laughter, the blur of the dance floor, as well as the more private, romantic moments.
