When considering the perfect place for our wedding venue we focused our search in the north west/Lancashire area. We wanted to ensure convenience for all our guests – we aimed to minimise travel and distances for most of our loved ones, making it easier for them to attend and enjoy the celebration. Additionally, Lancashire is known for its breath-taking scenery, and we wanted our wedding venue to showcase the natural beauty of the area and provide a visually stunning backdrop for our big day.

For the venue itself, we needed a place that could accommodate our full guest list comfortably; it was important for us to find a space that would suit all of our family and friends without feeling overcrowded. We wanted picturesque landscapes and versatile settings, indoor and outdoor options and somewhere that could cater to our preferred aesthetics and capture our personalities. Crow Wood Hotel & Spa fit the bill and considering all of our requirements, provided a venue that fulfilled our vision and created our perfect day.

We were immediately drawn to Crow Wood with an overwhelming sense of excitement. We were completely captivated by its charm from the minute we were warmly welcomed through the doors. It offered a prime setting that was conveniently located for our guests, making it easy for everyone to attend and also giving them the option to stay overnight where we could all celebrate under one roof.

The true magic of our venue lay in its beautiful surroundings and our venue showcased these in all its glory; it felt like stepping into our dream vision. The attention to detail and faultless aesthetics were second to none.

Crow Wood offered comprehensive services and exceptional amenities that made us feel comfortable in the wedding planning process. This included on-site catering options, event coordination assistance, access to preferred vendors and the availability of necessary facilities. The dedicated staff also went above and beyond from the very first point of contact.

We desired a venue that allowed us to bring our wedding dreams to life and it exceeded all of our expectations. There was so much flexibility in terms of décor choices, the freedom to personalise the space and the option to choose our own vendors which were all important considerations for us. We wanted a venue that would work closely with us to create a truly unique and forever memorable experience and we can wholeheartedly say we got more than we wished for.

There was a multitude of picture-perfect spots to capture all of our special moments. The beautifully landscaped gardens created stunning backdrops for outdoor shots and inside, the stylish interiors provided endless opportunities for amazing memorable photos.

The team at Crow Wood provided exceptional support throughout our entire journey. They ensured that our wedding planning experience was as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

We want to give a special mention to Paige who was nothing short of amazing. She took the time to understand our vision, listened to all of our ideas, answered all of our questions and offered invaluable, expert guidance and suggestions. Her expertise and experience were evident and she seamlessly guided us through the whole process with a calm presence during what could have been a stressful time. Paige truly went above and beyond for us and we could not be more thankful.

The attentiveness of the team was truly outstanding. They made sure we had everything we needed and ensured everything was handled so that we could fully immerse ourselves and soak up every second of the day.

Their genuine care and impeccable service elevated our wedding day and we are immensely grateful for giving us the best day of our entire lives.

Creative Venue Stylists worked their magic to style our wedding. Our chosen colours revolved around the timeless white, ivory and sage with soft touches of light grey.

From the stunning ceremony set up, to the meticulously placed table settings at our wedding breakfast, every detail was thoughtfully curated to bring our vision to life. Every corner of the venue was transformed creating a cohesive and captivating atmosphere that left both us and our guests in absolute awe.
