What better way for Edith & Winston to welcome their new designer Clea Broad and her gorgeous floral headbands to their boutique than with a gorgeous photo shoot featuring model Georgina Horne.
Rebecca Lord-Lyon, owner of Edith & Winston, picks up the story…
“It was during our
first ever shopping trip to London’s Bridal Trade Show in Spring 2014 when we
stopped to have breakfast on our way home at the Fortnum
& Mason restaurant in St Pancras Station. It was a little
indulgence after a busy few days picking out our first ever collections. Then Janet, my mum, absolutely fell in love with a flavour of jam and so she bought a jar to take home.”
“So earlier this Summer, when I returned to the Bridal Trade Show, I called into Fortnum & Mason to collect some of that jam to take home to Janet. Whilst wandering around the store I came across a beautiful
collection of floral crowns by a designer called Clea Broad. With such
beautiful rich colours and realistic silk flowers I immediately put a picture up on my Instagram account and Clea herself messaged me to say thank you!”
“Now, 6
months later, I am delighted to say that we are a new Northern stockist of the
beautiful floral collection by Clea Broad. To celebrate, we took our model Georgina
Horne out on a photoshoot. I believe that everything happens for a reason and
we were obviously destined to find Clea that day! I really hope that everyone likes our
pictures.”
Clea Broad also designs a range of floral clips which will be available at Edith & Winston very soon.
