Hi, I’m Helen and I firmly believe that your wedding ceremony should feel like you.

Not a script you’ve heard before. Not something chosen because it’s fashionable. A ceremony that tells your love story, celebrates your relationship and feels completely authentic.

As an Independent Celebrant based in Lancashire, I create warm, relaxed and personal ceremonies that reflect the people standing in front of me. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, chatting about how you met, what makes your relationship special and the moments that have shaped your journey together.

Whether you dream of an elegant country house wedding, a rustic barn or a woodland ceremony, I’ll create a bespoke ceremony that’s written just for you. We can include personal vows, favourite music, meaningful readings, handfasting, ring warming or involve family and friends in ways that feel right for you.

People often tell me they don’t want anything too formal or stiff. Neither do I. My aim is simple: that you feel relaxed, your guests feel involved, and everyone leaves saying, “That was so them.”
