Here at 112 we make our beautiful Neapolitan pizza from our über cool retro European fire trucks (Mercedes and VW – both small but perfectly formed!).
We bought our vehicles directly from their respective fire houses in Europe, brought them back ourselves and have gone to great lengths to retain their identity and history.
But what about the pizza we hear you cry???
Long, slow fermented dough (48 hours plus), all hand-stretched then topped with proper ingredients. None of this buying in frozen dough balls or pre-made bases as so many others do. Pizza made properly. Simple.
Obviously it goes without saying we have a 5 star food hygiene rating, and have the maximum PLI insurance in place. 112 Pizza is also member of NCASS.
