Exhibitor Booking Terms & Conditions
In submitting the online Exhibitor’s Booking Form,
the exhibitor commits to attend the Little White
Books Wedding Fair/s at the stated price and
understands and accepts the terms and conditions
Booking Form: This Booking Form, once returned
by the Exhibitor, acts a legally binding contract
between the exhibitor and Little White Books.
Payment Terms: The exhibitor must submit the
online Booking Form to Little White Books by
return to hold the stand. Deposit invoices must be
settled within 7 days of receipt to secure the
booking. Failure to settle your invoices within 7
days of receipt could lead to your booking being
cancelled without consultation. Should a final
balance be outstanding, this payment must clear a
minimum of 28 days before the event. Failure to
settle outstanding fees may result in Little White
Books adding additional charges in line with Late
Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations. Little
White Books reserve the right to withdraw any
exhibitor from an event if any payment is not
received within the timescales stated on the
exhibitor’s invoice. No Exhibitor will be entitled to
exhibit at the wedding fair unless cleared funds
have been received in full 28 days prior to the fair.
Deposit payments: Little White Books regret that
deposit payments cannot be refunded or
transferred in any situation without exception.
Balance payments will only be refunded in the
event of cancellation made in writing by the
Exhibitor up to six weeks prior to the wedding fair.
After this time, no balance payments can be
refunded or transferred in any situation without
exception. Book one fair and the deposit is £75*,
two fairs or more and the deposit payment is £50*
per fair. Deposits are due seven days from date of
invoice (not from date of booking) and any
discounts are applied to balance invoices. Balance
payments are due on or before 4 weeks prior to
the date of the fair. *Exceptions apply, and will be
confirmed at time of booking.
Insurance Liability: Little White Books accepts no
responsibility for the safety of any property owned
by or brought into the Wedding Fair by the
Exhibitor or any person on his behalf or for any
loss or damage that may occur to such property
(including consequential loss) as a result of any
cause whatsoever. Little White Books shall not be
liable for any loss incurred by the exhibitor if for
any reason the Wedding Fair is postponed,
prevented, delayed or abandoned. All exhibitors
must provide their own Public Liability Insurance
certificate upon request.
Electrical Requirements: Exhibitors requiring
power must be provide their own extension
cables. These, and all other electrical equipment,
must be PAT tested where appropriate.
Health & Safety Requirements: Exhibitors must
conform to the regulations made under the Health
& Safety at Work Act 1974.
All Fire and Safety regulations must be adhered to.
Aisles and Fire exits must be kept clear at all times.
Assurances: Whilst Little White Books make every
reasonable effort to provide necessary services to
ensure a smoothly run Wedding Fair no liability
will be accepted in the failure of such services.
Furthermore Little White Books cannot accept any
responsibility for or guarantee the number of
visitors to the Wedding Fair.
Exhibitor Conduct: Little White Books expects all
Exhibitors to comply with the terms and conditions
of this contract. No Exhibitor must exhibit any
service other than the service for which the
Exhibitor has been booked. No third-party
advertising literature must be displayed or
distributed by any Exhibitor without prior written
consent from Little White Books. No wedding
magazines or wedding fair literature can be
distributed other than the Little White Books
magazine and Little White Books wedding fair
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions in
this contract may result in the Exhibitor being
asked to leave without refund.
