I’m Jon Lowe, a professional Wedding DJ and Host with more than 20 years of experience and around 60 to 70 weddings performed across the UK each year.
When you book me, you get me. I personally plan and perform at your wedding, taking the time to understand the music you love, the music you do not want to hear and the atmosphere you want to create.
I do not arrive with a fixed playlist or try to force every wedding through the same routine. I read the room, respond to your guests and build the music naturally throughout the evening. The result is a dancefloor that feels personal to you, rather than somebody else’s idea of a wedding party.
You can book me for your evening reception or for the full wedding day. My full day service can include ceremony music, drinks reception, wedding breakfast music, introductions, speeches, announcements, optional games and hosting, followed by your evening party.
My hosting style is warm, confident and relaxed. I keep everything moving without making the day feel staged or turning it into a performance about me.
I also regularly work alongside saxophonists, singers and other live musicians, making sure every part of the entertainment works together properly.
Choosing your wedding DJ is a big decision, so I am always happy to arrange a FaceTime or phone call before you book. There is no pressure and, when it comes to your wedding, there is no such thing as a silly question.
