Everything we asked for & more – Olivia & Bradley at Ribby Hall

Olivia & Bradley tied the knot at Ribby Hall Village on 16th August 2025.

For our wedding venue we wanted somewhere modern and spacious, with picturesque landscapes. It was important that the venue offered a complete package and reasonably priced accommodation for guests. We also wanted varied food options accommodating different dietary requirements.

We looked in the Lancashire area at venues close to home so our guests would have the option to either stay over or return home after the wedding.

For us Ribby Hall Village ticked all the boxes. It is a modern venue, very spacious inside and out, and is surrounded by picturesque landscapes. The Complete Package was reasonably priced, covering most things. Each guest had a choice of three starters, mains and desserts. We were assigned a dedicated wedding planner who kept in regular contact. A car was provided to transport the bridal party and guests throughout the day. Ribby is a popular venue, and we had seen photos from other weddings which helped us picture how our own wedding could look. We booked two years in advance.

There are lots of photo opportunities outside the venue, including the lake, The Spa Hotel and the lovely gardens.

Our dedicated wedding planner was in regular contact with us, which really helped. During our initial meeting, she provided us with a timeline leading to the wedding date. We had an intimate menu taster session and the team were very accommodating to dietary requirements. A member of the team was always on hand to answer any queries.

Our venue stylist was Sophisticated Events. Our theme was rose gold/pink throughout. We also incorporated some floral themes.

Ribby Hall’s Complete Package is well suited to those who find wedding planning stressful (like us) as it takes the pressure off and you know you are in safe hands. The venue and staff were extremely attentive and everything ran smoothly. Our guests complimented the food and enjoyed the various options. Our day was perfect – we couldn’t have asked for anything more.
