The business combines over 100 years of industry experience to deliver a white-glove, bespoke service tailored for wedding dresses of all shapes and fabrics. Their process uses the Electrolux Lagoon® eco-friendly water-based system, avoiding harsh solvents and ensuring delicate fabrics such as lace, beadwork and layered nets are treated with care.
Clients are supported to choose from clearly defined service “silhouettes” (five dress categories) which ensure the most appropriate cleaning and packaging solution is selected for each gown. After cleaning, dresses are pressed, wrapped in pH-neutral tissue and hand-packed into acid-free boxes to protect against yellowing, dust and humidity damage—ideal whether you intend to store the gown, display it or pass it on.
Additional services include minor repairs (such as re-attaching buttons or hook-and-eyes) and cleaning of accessories like veils, overskirts, jackets and capes.
Nationwide collection and delivery is offered via DPD, with a local door-to-door service available in the North East.
