Magical venue inside and out – Maximilian & Ellie at Hobbit Hill

Maximilian & Ellie tied the knot at Hobbit Hill on 2nd August 2025.

When looking for our perfect wedding venue we wanted somewhere rustic and outdoorsy. We wanted our venue to be local to us and our friends and family so concentrated our search around the Ribble Valley area.

We started looking around two years prior to our chosen date.

Hobbit Hill stood out for us. The overall aesthetic of the venue is stunning – it ticked all the boxes. There are so many wonderful photo opportunities inside and out. The interior has the rustic charm we wanted with lots of natural light and the exterior is so magical – we especially loved the wooded area and the setting of the swing surrounded by trees.

The team at Hobbit Hill are amazing. They communicated consistently with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly. They helped us know what to expect on our big day and made everything run smoothly and stress-free.

Our venue stylist was Amoré Events. We wanted a whimsical, rural theme and Amoré did an amazing job – they clearly knew the venue well and created beautiful details.
